  7.  @spartanpb4442  On the first of march 2014, Putin asked for and got permission by the Russian Federation Council to use Russian forces on Ukrainian territory. This was BEFORE the Minsk agreement.

  8.  @peace20241  The Ukrainian president tried to invent unconstiutional laws, but, democracy prevailed. He was stopped by the Parliament. Nobody of his fellow party members supported him. He was later convicted for High Treason. Russia supported the separatists against the Ukrainian police. Putin searched and got permission to use Russian troops in Ukrainian territory by a decition of the Russian Federation Council on the first of March 2014.
