Warriors have to deliver maximum violence against an enemy. Social worker warriors will not cut it. Women also surrender more willingly because they are biologically disposed to give in to the winning males. It is madness. Looking back at history, it was a bad idea to let women into the military in world war 1 and 2, because of the long term damage it had done to us.
