  1. In the past it would have been almost a capital offence for an officer to get romantically involved with a ranker. And that standard should still apply. And, think really hard about how your modern mind works, but in the past there was a very strong reason why women were not warriors. Those reasons are still pertinent (witness the kind of warfare being conducted in Ukraine and Israel). Personally I think we are an ineffective armed forces because we have absorbed wokeness and sex and gender policies that are not conducive to reliable and efficient military violence to be delievered to our enemies. I know this view will be attacked because of the propaganda we ha e swallowed over the past 60 or so years. But its the truth. Truth always smashes you in the face in the end
