  1. Best video I’ve seen on FIRE. All others I’ve seen are misleading. One thing you forgot to consider. FIRE assumes your needs and wants NEVER change. The lifestyle you initiate at FIRE will continue in perpetuity. Does your 30 year old self really know what your 50 year future self will desire or need? This is just not possible. FI makes sense, RE <55 is dubious.
