  1. Yup the Kelo case still makes my blood boil. Worst SCOTUS decision in my lifetime. It must be corrected.

  2.  @traewatkins931  the citizens United decision was really bad too but I still maintain Kelo was far worse and more deviating to individual rights.

  12. IJ is a heroic institution. I will be leaving my estate to IJ to keep fighting the tyranny of government. The Kelo decision is the most abusive use of force on land owners in history. SCOTUS is shameful.
