  1. What?!?! I got my first Cadillac at 24 it was a 90 deville and it never broke down. I’ve since owned 5 more and never had any major problems. My 05 deville had high pressure power steering leak and that was the only issue, my 05 STS4 had the rack go out but that was it’s only problem. And my ATS blew its exhaust manifold to turbo seal. And that’s Been it’s only issue. Cadillac has been extremely reliable for me and never left me stranded once. I will drive them till the day I die!

  3. I remember when I first started driving and trying to get an 80’s car to accelerate up a hill. It was impossible. Floored and you still lost speed going up hills. Man that was crazy. I hate mid 70’s and lot of 80’s cars.

  5. I’m 42 and I just finally bought my first ever forced induction car in January 2022. It’s a 14 Cadillac ATS2.0t rwd performance trim. It’s been modified and makes around 320wheel hp on e50. Once I swap the fuel pump for zl1 pump it should be around 340/350 on full e85.

  7. I think the time out dolls are more of away for the wife to get involved make it more of a family thing. They even have dolls that are miniatures of the owners too which is pretty weird.

  10. I always thought Chevy LUV was a weird name for a pickup. I was a kid and didn’t even come close to understanding what it mean. I literately thought it was love but a weird spelling. Just like I thought Chevrolet was a weird name. I didn’t understand silent letters and why we would even have them. So I pronounced it chev-ro-let! And I argued with anyone who tried to correct me!

  11. Ed, your awesome and I love that you like our cars so much. Even the bad ones. I love American cars and they are all I’ve ever owned. I’ve driven some foreign cars and I always just stick to my Cadillacs. I was born in 1980 and growing up owning a Cadillac meant you were successful and had money. I remember being a young buck around 24 and got my first Cadillac. 90 sedan deville with 4.5 v8 and I remember saying now girls will think I have a good job and money. I got it because I wanted girls to notice me. I still drive only Cadillacs till this day and own 4, but I buy them now for me and because I just love them to death. A Cadillac just says something to me and makes me feel good. I have 2 big cruising caddy’s 69/05 sedan devilles. The a touring caddy my 05 STS4 N* and I fell in love with the ATS when it came out. Cadillac finally did a small car not just good but breath takingly great! I bought 14 ATS 2.0t performance trim in Jan 2022. Im going to highly modify it and my goal is 450/500 wheel. I’ve already got most of the smalls done. Now to save money to have the internals swapped to forged and block machined. Im going with Tracy Lewis’s shop to build it.

  13. Kinda the same for me. My first car I could legally drive was in 99 and it was a 83 olds delta 88 with the 305 v8. I loved that car and wish I still had it.

  14. There is a mass exodus of companies from China and Russia. China will soon its status as the worlds factory. It will be spread out to areas like India and Vietnam etc. China doesn’t want to play ball and wants everything their way. They will be pushed back and pushed out. Their own market will be the only one they possibly thrive in.

  18. Cadillac still makes sedans rwd with v8 and manual trans. Granted it’s 6 figures… but the ct5 is a full-size car and ct4 is compact/mid sized?

  19. Another person who doesn’t understand the say “no replacement for displacement. What it means is that all things being equal other then liters. The bigger motor will always make more power. So if you have a 2.0t direct injection and a 4.0t v8 direct injection. The 4.0 will make more power no matter what you do. Motors are basically air pumps and the one that can pump the most air can make more power.

  22. I’ve never owned anything but American cars. Mostly the general. Had couple fords and Chryslers. But it’s prob 95% GM. I started driving Cadillacs since I was in my early 20’s

  24. At 24 I bought a 90 sedan deville. Traded it for a 98 STS 30 then traded for a 05 deville when I was 31 still have the car. Bought an 05 STS4 at 34, still have the car. Bought a 69 sedan deville at 34 also. Still have it but thinking of selling. Then bought a 14 ats at 41 I’ve owned 6 Cadillacs and I regret trading the 90 deville. Man I want that car back so bad, but I’m sure it’s in a junkyard. When I buy another Cadillac I want a CT6 blackwing or platinum both come with the 4.2TT the plat makes 50 less ponies. I’d also love a CT6 3.0TT. Wouldn’t buy one with the 2.0t or the 3.6. Both motors are to under powered for my taste in that big of a sedan.

  25. I’m an American and I love cars. I don’t like SUV’s or crossovers and refuses to own on. I like big cars because big cars have big v8’s and I always just like smooth silky v8 power and a big bench seat. Can have my girl sit next to me and she’s blown me on her own accord few times. In my smaller car she can’t do that. I currently own 4 Cadillacs. 3 are bigger cars with v8’s the other is a smaller car with a turbo 2.0.

  26. I looked at a catera but just couldn’t pull the trigger. Bought a 05 deville limited instead in April 2011. Sooooo much happier I did. I still have the car too.

  28. 2005-2011 Cadillac STS had regular red lenses led lights, then as dealer installed option you could get clear lenses with red led’s, then there is the euro spec tails that are clear lenses red brake and running lights but amber turn signal.
