  1. The 4.0 v8 is a pretty reliable motor and the starters are super easy to change. Much easier then buried on the bottom side of the motor. I’ve changed many of them and it takes about an hour max.

  7. I think that’s actually really cool little detail with the antenna. I would like that kinda stuff all over the car. Reminds me of the early 2000’s and apples whole iMac range. Haha I wanted a flower power and Dalmatian iMac so bad! My foster parent had a snow g3 600mhz iMac and I was jealous! I got a 800mhz lamp style iMac and I wasn’t jealous anymore! Haha

  13. Doug your an idiot. The base deville has the emblem on the hood. The dhs and dts have the emblem in the grill. I have a rare 2005 Cadillac deville limited. 1 yr only trim line, it has a special grill with a much larger emblem then the dhs and dts. It’s been customized by me and is on coilovers, 235,45,18 tires on powder Coated 05 sts 1sg 18’s, switched digital Gauges out for analog cause they look better, has heated and cooled front seats heated rear, heated steering wheel and embroidered seats in wheat with gray piping.

  19. The certified Speedo is for the cops and isn’t in the other version. Another thing is if you get a ticket and want to fight it you can ask when the calibrated the laser last and how it was done. Most don’t do it by the book and you can get it tossed out on that alone as it makes not considered accurate.

  21. Wrong Doug, the exit button is programmable. You put the seat where you want it to be at for exiting the vehicle and you press and hold the exit button until you hear a beep. Then it’s set and whenever you open the door the seat auto moves to the exit position….

  22. I don’t mind the interior, but the exterior is hideous. It looks like a mini crossover suv sedan mix. Weird ride height and really bad wheel fitment. Also those wheels are trash.

  23. My 05 deville is getting its motor rebuilt then getting cams and tune from N* performance. It makes 275hp 300ft tq, once it’s done it’ll make 350-375hp.

  24. Pretty weak hp numbers though. 350hp out of twin turbo v8?! Dohc NA v8’s of that era made 275/300hp. 350 at the wheels would make sense, as that would make it around 400+ at the crank. Maybe they use that rating. I dunno.

  26. 85k and it has black plastic body cladding and wheel well arch trim. Talk about garbage. They couldn’t just paint match it? Would’ve looked so much better. It just looks cheap and I don’t like when any manufacture does that.
