When Labour started printing money in vast amounts in 2008, there was mention of "moral hazard" before someone realised it was too close to the bone and the phrase was quickly shelved. Every transaction is taxed. Most government employees are grossly over remunerated for inventing work for themselves, and putting obstacles in the way of people who are of some use to society
