  6.  @lothos-tu4uh  I think you presented a worst case scenario. Most surveillance is going to be done remotely these days, frequently using AI to focus in. Only extreme cases are going to require such an intense ratio. Orwell explains the process in 1984, written in 1948, many years before the advent of mass computing. I'm no expert, but simple maths renders your hypothesis unrealistic.
