Except for all the cancelled observations

@edenshorthousesthouse1925 I partially agree, but ones overall opinion is going to be distorted by the absence of some of the input. It's another way to sway the cognitive bias
1
@edenshorthousesthouse1925 It seems almost all the comments are cancelled by you tube, not someone complaining about being offended. I go out of my way to be civil, have never been cautioned, or banned, yet at least half of my entries disappear. Many people have the same experience. I hope you can see how this must distort the overall perception one is going to get from reading the comments section, much as, in cases like this, near universal outrage must be inevitable, as Leo so succinctly explains.
1
@edenshorthousesthouse1925 Nope. I can press send and my effort vanishes. Or it will post it, and when I go back later, it's gone. Lots of people cite the same experience. It's censorship. If it was a contentious remark, I might understand, but it seems quite random. I can only speculate as to why it's happening, I suppose they might be worried about the potential power of a meme, or people realising that they agree with each other.

@FontaineDerby If you haven't seen the demonstrators placards and heard their chants, inciting racial hatred, you must be watching a different channel from the rest of us

If he didn't distribute them, that can only be described as a thoughtcrime
1
@lotus7eater but if they're only on his computer, he hasn't distributed them, and his "crime" is thinking the "wrong" thing. That the judge highlighted what posters he had on his (private) wall is blatantly leading the jury, and anything but impartial. Round that off with the actual crimes that this judge has gone easy on, and it's nigh on impossible not to be outraged

@martynblackburn9632 and the marchers placards and chants aren't ?
1
@martynblackburn9632 nope. The issue is sub intellectu@ls, not realising they're a large part of the problem

@martynblackburn9632 Nope. The issue is d r o n g o s unwittingly being a large part of the problem
