@notahotshot Halloween comes from Samhain, a celtic holiday that's older than Christianity. During its spread through Europe, Christians co-opted pagan holidays to make it more acceptable to the pagans they were converting. Easter, Christmas, both pagan.

@TimGun87 lol, yea, just a total coincidence. Christians co-opted pagan holidays. Virtually none of the traditions of Christmas have to do with Christianity and it just happens to fall right around the winter solstice, why might that be? Why is Easter full of symbols of fertility? All just coincidence?
