  3. Oh yes, it's the schools fault the parent is lazy and gives their kid to strangers to raise so they can watch TV at home in "Peace". Public schools have been declining since their inception. If parents don't want to look at the statistics, that's their fault. This is inevitable. The Government is not here to raise your kid, teach them right from wrong. YOU ARE.
