I’m the same way and a lot of times I’ll be awake in the middle of the night and when the sun comes up and I know people are waking up I go to sleep then for sure most of the time, but there is no specific schedule. I started taking naps at lunchtime when I was in my late 30s. What really helped was getting divorced because even being retired wasn’t good enough. I had social pressure from her about when I went to sleep.
