I didn’t let it destroy me when I figured out. It was actually society to include the mental health community that were the problem. Even when I get depressed right now on occasion, I just lean into it. Lol

For many of you, your depression is absolutely normal because things actually aren’t going very well and no there is not a valid excuse why everyone isn’t acting like a responsible adult, especially at the top of government and corporation. There are many in the medical community that are witch doctors. I am 61 and sought mental health treatment, a multitude of times because things have been so bad. I was in the military for 22 years and went to anger management three times just because people were sitting there making fun of me because I’m handicap.

Embrace reality of what’s going on. Have hobbies that take you out of the loop for a while. The more hobbies you have the better off you are. You need things that literally don’t let your mind wander even when you’re suffering from anxiety and what I found worked for me was playing the guitar or drums because to do it correctly, I can’t think about other things. Even if I try to read or watch a movie, I know enough about all kinds of things that almost anything can trigger me. One of my favorite TV series is corner gas, which is on Amazon because there’s so little going on in the little town that I never get mad. Find what works for you.

I have always been ADD and my son was diagnosed with ADD very young, but because people were literally interfering with my career as I told on people inside the government for their corruption at every level, I was also depressed and I had a way to be but what the mental health community did Because I was complaining about them also was tell the world in my official records that I am bipolar. I’m not bipolar at all, and I discussed this with them when they were writing this down. The rest of you refused to do your jobs correctly and I have a right to be depressed that the system that I defended absolutely is not working the way it’s supposed to and it’s done on purpose. I ran for president in 2020 and had both political parties cheat in every way to include physically attacking me before and after the election as your hundred percent disabled retired military, who is better trained and educated than 95% of the public

Yes, the environment really is in trouble and people who are making huge amount of money off of fossil fuels and you running around needlessly buying everything do not want change. They are purposely dividing you and scaring you which forces many of us to buy more things. You are purposely being mass manipulated about most of what you know through your public education system and it’s done by the people that stole land from everyone to include us. The borders are written by the people that still land and so is the history. You are being manipulated in every way. Religions are completely fake and they want you to believe in them because it disabled you from actually taking action. You’re sitting there praying which absolutely does nothing as start laughing at you.

I don’t have lost years from mental illness, but instead, I have lost years from government interference because I was trying to report them and hold people accountable so now I’m a prisoner of war in my own country to include my insurance company not fixing my car even though it’s had full coverage the entire time. Wayne Peacock, the CEO of USAA refused to answer emails years ago. They have purposely refused to do their jobs and my car was damaged while I’m running for president of the United States in 2020 by people that were probably Trump supporters. I made my own political platform and I am very progressive because I realize what’s actually going on and have tried to do what I could to protect all of society to include telling everybody that they will unify or artificial intelligence will get rid of everyone naturally. What do you think A super artificial intelligence is going to think of a society that doesn’t take care of each other and destroys its own environment. We are using all of the resources and it will get rid of us and take those for itself while it protects the environment so that it has a possibility of other intelligent life developing. That’s my best guess.

The worst hobby I have is this one. World politics and managing an entire world to include being Starfleet is very taxing. Yes I really made Starfleet by just telling everyone. You’re about to become a multi world civilization and you’re doing very stupid things like creating space force, and then using Star Trek symbology to convince kids to come in the military. I don’t accept that because I was sitting there in Colorado Springs, where the commanders at when it was formed and my wife worked for that command when it was underneath the Air Force from 2008 to 2011. I didn’t work for them directly because I was already retired at that point but was instead a dependent.. I also have a missile badge. Now, do you get why I’m the real starfleet, because it was needed. You are acting like the equivalent of a bunch of children fighting with each other in your house and not cleaning your rooms. You don’t get to go outside and play and until you have taken care of each other and your room. Hopefully you get the analogy.

Scott, I was in the military for 22 years and lived overseas. Because of an extended supply chain, we had no choice, but to ration all kinds of items to include fuel. I created a political platform while I was running to save everyone to include we all get rational so that we do not use too many resources. It wouldn’t matter how rich you are you would only be allowed a certain amount of resources during your lifetime so your grandchildren would have something later on. To be the safest, you manage society in a varied long term. Everybody would’ve gotten assigned a point value and big data would’ve been used to manage what you owned. If you tried to go around the system and we found out you went negative. You would go to prison. I thought of doing the exact same thing with the economic system so that we take into account what things actually due to the environment versus the good they do for humanity and they would get priced in a way that no one would be able to afford or want to build those items.

One of the best ways to not be depressed is to go out and do things that help all of society at once without question of who someone’s religion, ethnicity, or sex is. I never asked anyone what their religion was when I volunteered for the Red Cross or served in the military. Everyone got protected to the best of my ability, and once I figured out that our government is corrupt, but so are the rest of them I decided to do that for all of humanity, and this is a part of that process by discussing these things out in public. I have a degree from southern Illinois university Carbondale, and workforce management and education which means I manage training for adults at a corporate or government level so that’s what I do.
