So if a country has the option of getting a loan from China or one from IMF which do you think they should choose?

@taiwanisacountry 1) Can third world countries manage money to do a good project? 2) Can they stop gross corruption? 3) Do they have the in-house skill to get quality? 4) Will their quality be any better than Chinese 5) Will the project ever get completed and will it be on budget? Will the scope be reduced as money runs out. Its known IMF is a terrible choice. No doubt there. The jury is still out on China. My gut feeling is Africa would not be better off relying on the west or do better projects that what the Chinese deliver.
