  1. +racefanwfo The pilot told his acting crew chief that he would not be flying any aerobatics, but just going up to visualize his display box and make a few passes. On the final pass the plane rolled inverted and crashed. So that opens up the possibility of a control failure or even a pilot medical issue.

  2.  @Jamminout2465  Pre-flight checks are routine, as well as regular maintenance. Older videos made from the cockpit show that he was a very good pilot. Some people who were there are saying this was not aerobatics, so something else was going on.
