Paul Dutton No CASA 2.111 aircraft has flown in the US since the fatal accident in 2003. It was the last example in the world that was still flying. There are a few that could fly with some work but it would be very expensive due to internal corrosion.

Saucerman1 I am seeing that it was flown to the UK in 1968 for the movie production company but I not know if it was flown in the film.

@hypercomms2001 It was built in 1956 with the S/N B.2H-25, then it was retired from the Spanish AF in 1967 and was one of the aircraft used for the Battle of Britain film.

KL0Wn KiLLeR The Cavanaugh Museum still has that aircraft but it is not airworthy any more.

brian wheway No aircraft of this type has flown since 2003 when the last airworthy example crashed. Every single example today will have galvanic corrosion on the main wings from the steel and aluminum. Spars would have to be replaced. But, Pau Allen's museum was in the process of getting one rebuilt to fly recently.
