  2. Hard to say exactly but the evidence shows it would have been someone who arrived during the Paleolithic (Old Stone Age) period, over 900,000 years ago, based on archaeological evidence. These early settlers migrated from mainland Europe across land bridges during periods of low sea levels, such as during the Ice Ages. If you find a name do let me know.
