  3. @ precisely because they are not. They perpetuate slander against totally innocent people. Both Musk and Robinson have made slanderous claims proven in a court to be totally untrue and deeply offensive to the innocent decent people being wrongly accused. In the case of Robinson he then made matters worse by then repeatedly breaking court rules by live-streaming proceedings in another court case and naming names being trialled together with addresses. This undermines the principle of a fair trial and as such potentially leaves open the possibility of a convicted child offender having the result of a court judgment overturned. Is that really what you want? It serves absolutely no moral purpose whatsoever- the only ‘benefit’ being to give Robinson income earning clicks and notoriety.
