  1. Think about it. The police stated they arrested a 53 year old white man after a vehicle was driven into a crowd. Both those statements can be true while simultaneously being unconnected. The implication is that the man was the driver, but the statement doesn't actually confirm that.

  3. ​ @Gray504  he might be white, but is he British? During the 90s the UK took in quite a lot of Muslim Bosnians. They're basically white and many went on to get citizenship. I've no idea if that's related at all but being white British doesn't exclude an Islamic terror attack.
