  14.  @patiymuchoflowcrew  You are correct. As the main opposition parties boycotted the referendums (not in the spirit of democracy, but their choice) they did not reach the 50% threshold. But they did reach 40%. And of that 40%, 98.6% voted against the forced relocation mechanism imposed by the EU. We can we only speculate of course, but had the referendum reached around 70% participation like the general election turnout, and had that additional 30% entirely voted yes, the no's would still have won.

  24. @Paul  That's not good enough, such words have been used by many, many governments over time. Plus, what had she said that is wrong? They are arriving on small boats. In very large numbers. Some of them are dangerous and have proven to be so. She's reflecting the majority public opinion. We need actual citations and real comparisons, not flippant implications.
