  2.  @maestrovso  I live in the area. On the day of the crash, there was ice on the road. Also, there is ice on the road in the video. Not saying she was not drunk, and that that was not a factor. Just saying that ice on the road might ALSO have been a factor. If you are drunk, you are less able to handle icy road conditions. See the video at 0:48. You can see the ice on the road and the snow on the grass. Seattle people tend not to be good at driving in snow, and the ice we get here is particularly slick. It is not hard-packed snow. Instead, the rain on the roads freezes during the night, and makes black ice. VERY hard to drive on.
