  1. In addition to the great list of asset classes you mention at 20:00, would you include arable land? I heard that Bill Gates now owns 30% of all US farmland and in now the largest owner of US farmland. I'm worried about REITs and ETF's like tickers LAND and FPI. Is there some other way to invest in farmland without actually becoming a farmer? :)
