  6. You are right that highly processed foods are bad for you, but my bet is that the health benefits from his weight loss program will be greater than the health costs of the processed foods. Just a bet, I have no way to quantify that claim. I guess if he ate half meals of higher quality food that would be better, but I think that his response would be that he is looking for a plan that is easy and convenient. His McDonalds plan does that.
