  1. I'll bet the case death rate from Covid in N. Korea is much higher than nearly everywhere else. I'll bet if you get Covid in N. Korea you are much more likely to die from it. Malnutrition and near starvation seem to be the common situation there. Nearly everyone is weakened by that. And the nation has less resources to help people in hospital because of the low productivity of their centrally-planned economy. Tragedy in N. Korea.
