  1. Recover well! I took Ivmctn, Vit D3, vit C and Vit K1. Also tried to get a little sun. I was well in a week. It really is just a bad flu. I'm 60 now, and only had the first J&J/Jansen vx shot back at the beginning. Then, I smelled a rat. Thanks for telling your story!
