  2. There is no way to keep the MHRA or the FDA in the US from being corrupted. Power corrupts. The solution is full privatization of the MHRA and the FDA, including competition with other private testing and certification organizations. The source of the problem is government monopoly power. Until you deal with that, you will always have corruption.
