  2. If the Federal Reserve is injecting liquidity in to the market by buying passive S&P ETF's isn't that pumping up a bubble? Is that what is really happening? When there is a blip down, the Fed buys to keep the dip from becoming a correction. But they can't ever find a good time to sell their positions, so the effect is not to smooth out bumps, but to inflate bubbles.
