He probably has lower % body fat, more muscle, stronger bones and ligaments, higher metabolism rate, and more aggression due to testosterone. He's had the benefit of a Y chromosome for his entire life, making his body prepared for hunting and fighting. Women devote some of their mass to boobs and a uterus. Their wider pelvis is an advantage when being pregnant and giving birth, but it's a disadvantage while running, etc. It's not just about weight class. It's about the genetic differences between men and women. That's why it's not fair for a trans woman to compete against genetic women.

Can't we just get back to working together cooperatively? Can't we just respect each other for our strengths and cooperate?   5. The lefties think it is an evil thing to use the "dead-name" of a trans person. The shooter wanted to be known as Aidan. But NPR reported today the shooter's name as Audrey. NPR is literally dead-naming the shooter to hide the fact that she was trans. Hypocrisy. Defund NPR.
