And he should be watched like a hawk. I'm sure the cops have him under surveillance. And my bet is that they will eventually bring the boyfriend to justice. But in this country we are innocent until proven guilty. Even the monsters. Also, the dad and the step dad and the mom should be kept away from the boyfriend. I'm sure the cops are doing that, too. I wonder if the step dad went to Wyoming in part to get further away from the temptation of torturing the boyfriend. I know I'd want that guy dead.
