Taxation is theft. The government has broken the social contract by repeatedly and continuously violating the Bill of Rights. The NSA spying, the undermining of the 2nd Amendment, the violations of free speech by government-protected tech entities, and the violations of the 10th Amendment (all the fed agencies not authorized in the Constitution such as the Dept of Education) mean that the Fed Govt is in material breach of the Social Contract. Under those conditions, we do not have to pay taxes. And the states are just as bad.
