I'd put it this way: any corporation that takes ANY subsidy from the government, or acts as a government contractor, MUST be limited by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Truly private companies, that accept no subsidies may discriminate, or violate freedom of speech. I think that is the right to freedom of association. But big corps like Google and Facebook must end their cozy relationship with government if they want to keep violating freedom of speech.

Dick Turpin Constitution applies to government, but not to private corporations. My point is that private corporations that accept subsidies or government contracts should ALSO be bound by the limits of the Constitution.

Dick Turpin The Constitution exists for two reasons: 1) To grant limited powers to the three branches of government 2) To prohibit certain powers to the government. The Constitution does not limit individuals or organizations. Laws do that. No need to yell, my good man. I can hear you just fine.
