I can understand that decision. Coercion sucks. Clark should not be forced to speak, just as he should not be forcibly silenced.

@easypimpin123 In this country, under this system, by the laws we now have, the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty. Declaring someone guilty without trial is what dictators and socialists do.
