  2. I was arrested 6/14/24 for collecting petition signatures at a public event in a public park in Edmonds, WA. The Edmonds police told me to leave and I refused politely. They violated my First Amendment rights. My lawyer just got my charges dropped. Now, we are going to sue the City and the individual officers.

  3. That DEA agent violated his 4th Amendment rights. And the Nuremberg Defense (I Was Just Following Orders) is INVALID. This officer should be sued PERSONALLY. He should not have any qualified immunity if he is violating people's rights.
