  1. This story is not an argument against freedom of speech. The Burmese Army used Facebook to create the most violent sentiment. It is an argument against allowing governments to use social media, and the mainstream media for that matter, to propagandize their own people. Freedom of speech is essential if the people are to remain free, and not under the boot-heel of some dictator.
