  1. Indeed. Most US Flag officers today are as worthless as a Russian General. There are not enough "mustangs" in the highest positions of the military. For those who don't know, a Mustang officer started out as enlisted, ie a Private in the Army or Marines, Airman in the USAF, or sailor recruit in the Navy.
