I'm sure that was excellent beef. Unlike most of the meat from the west, free range animals tend to be healthier and leaner with much less fat.

@thirstyfajita4115 Not always. Texture is a component of flavor, as black pepper proves. Ignoring the fat, the major difference between Brisket, Tenderloin, and Top Sirloin actually comes down to texture.

@chemkatungalag6834 No joke. Nearly one in ten Asians have direct lineage to the Great Khan. That is a dirty little secret that the ethnonationalist Chinese "purists" don't like to talk about. And ironically, he and his immediate family were patrons of the Eastern Christan Chruch in a similar manner to how Cyrus the Great was the greatest benefactor to the Jewish people during their exile. Pax Mongolia was a time of great prosperity and peace eclipsed only by Pax Americana after WW2. The West could learn much from the horse nomads of Asia.

@chemkatungalag6834 Cherish that detailed genealogy. Knowing your ancestry and heritage keeps the memory of your forebearers alive. And yes, the Great Khan is arguably THE most prolific man in history. He likely has more living descendants today than anyone else in history, including father Abraham.

@Kimito_Lioku The original poster's was talking about having some of the best beef sourced from Mongolia. I pointed out that some of the best tasting beef is going to be the lean stuff which most of the rich snobs typically look down on. When you cut off the gristle, the only real difference in the cut of meat is texture. Hence, most of the prices are not justified. If you can't follow that, then I can't help you.

@f.b.lagent1113 Not the same thing. The Great Khan didn't try to exterminate entire populations because of their ethnicity.

@citytianyu You are equivocating (logical fallacy). Don't get me started on Pocahontas aka Liz Warren aka Liawatha.
2
@citytianyu Are you done throwing a hissy fit like a 5-year-old? Try making a coherent argument instead of throwing a temper tantrum.

@rogerdodger8415 Keep acting like an elitist snob. Most of the prices are not justified.

@GillfigGarstang Grass/pasture grazing beef tends to be very lean and lest fat in the meat. Grain feeding is how you get a lot of the marbling in the meat. Indeed, the Japanese Kobe beef not only grain feed them (rice and sake), but also massage them to further improve the marbling quality. Personally, I prefer the leaner pasture grazing meat. Kobe and Waygu Beef are grossly overrated.

@citytianyu Throwing in the towel? While I WILL acknowledge that youtube auto-censors outside links, you should actually try debating the merits instead of lazily posting links so that others can make your arguments for you.

@Smegmatician Spoken like an ignorant child. The Torah has been independently confirmed by outside sources. Are you accusing Cyrus the Great of being fictional? How about Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon? What about Pharaohs Shoshenq I, Taharqa, and Necho II? And don't give me this "historical fiction" garbage. That concept is only as old as Victorian Era. Before then, playwrights such as Shakespeare and Homer were considered historically accurate. Indeed, most of Shakespeare's plays are consistent with Tacitus.
1
@Smegmatician You don't have to because truth and facts don't care about your feelings. Opinions are like buttholes: everyone has one and they all stink.

@ranjava5550 You don't have to do the deed yourself to be prolific. Having many sons and daughters who themselves had many children is how one becomes the grandsire of an entire population.

@ranjava5550 More empty bloviation and propaganda by cultural Marxists who believe noting is real. DNA testing actually proves you completely wrong.
