When 90% of incumbents are re-elected, your argument carries no water. If term limits are good enough for the president, they are just as appropriate for Congress.
1
What is the crime? Even the Judge himself admitted that paying hush money isn't a crime.
1
@davidnull5590 And they failed to prove that BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. Also, it is not the judge's place to make that argument. There is a reason why ethics complains have already been filed against him to the New York Bar.
1
Funny, because Trump has made those inroads WITHOUT Tim Scott. Picking him becomes just as blatant pandering as Ubisoft making Yasuke a Samurai in Assassin's Creed Shadows. The WORST thing to do in making inroads with minority groups is by engaging in tokenism like the left does.
1
Does Trump really need to pander to the black community like that? Seems like he has already made inroads WITHOUT having to tokenize by picking Tim Scott.
1
@jonmolina948 You realize that Spat with Conan O'Brien was purposely manufactured by the network? They WANTED the audience for both men to feud with each other.
1
@sherlockhomo-ph4su You will find yourself in one of those eventually. After you have outlived your usefulness to the left.
1
A woman whose entire career involved being on her knees.
1
@wackywarrior001 Funny, because that wasn't an actual trial, it was summary judgement. Which means it was nothing more than a Star Chamber proceeding no different than a Kangaroo Court in a dictatorship. I have been in court to defend myself. And neither the prosecution against me, not the judge presiding acted as unprofessional as Letisha James and Arthur Engoron did. Both of them acted with prosecutorial misconduct which WILL get this overturned in the SCOTUS if not sooner.
1
@jerryjerry7561 You have no idea what you are talking about. Kevin O'Leary has even said that it isn't possible.
1
Then they should have let that happen. It would have only further discredited the legitimacy of the New York courtroom.
1
@slayeroftrolls1200 Was Jospeh Mengele just doing his Job? How about Adolph Eichmann. Fauci has engaged in the same kind of "science" as those who ran the camps in 1940s Germany.
1
@nickporter4853 Perjury before congress. Medical Malpractice, Fraudulent expenditure of funds. Violation of the Nuremberg Code for ethical experimentation. The preponderance of evidence speaks for itself.
1
Got that Bass ackwards. It is Hamas who is the bully that cries "oppression" when he gets popped in the nose after trying to steal lunch money.
1
Money doesn't buy votes. It buys name recognition. That is why Trump won in 2016: he didn't need the doner class. He really only needs them now to assist in the lawfare side.
1
If Grozny and the two Chechnya Wars are any indication, that is EXACTLY how the Kremlin view it. An opportunity to rearm and come back at Ukraine in 10 years.
1
Seems that Google/Youtube doesn't like me pointing out the Chechnya Wars and why they prove Russia will reinvade Ukraine in 10-12 years.
1
Name one. You can't because there was no crime. Paying hush money is something politicians do all the time and are NEVER prosecuted for it. Even Fareed Zakaria acknowledged that this is a farce.
1
At first I was worried that sending Trump to Rikers would be an attempt to Epstein him. I think at this point, the inmates would be defending him from the corrupt guards.
1
@vze23b6p And look up the flag of 1932 Palestine. It has the Star of David. We can go back and forth all day.
1
@vze23b6p You told me to look the history of that slogan, so I countered by pointing out something similar. If you think I wasn't making a point, then by your own metric neither did you. Learn to debate. And to code.
1
"Revenge is a dish best served cold. And it is very cold IN SPACE!" -Ricardo Montalbahn as Khan Noonien Singh; Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan. Accountability looks like revenge to the corrupt.
1
@samiam4544 That was the FBI and DOJ breaking federal law by even taking pictures. You don't even realize when you are witnessing a crime in front of you!
1
@stevenx399 The Chi-Coms have already declared they will reunite Taiwan with the Mainland before the 100th anniversary of the conclusion of the Chinese Civil War. It is not a matter of if but WHEN.
1
@stevenx399 Taiwan is never going to conquer the mainland. That is a fool's dream. Why it IS our concern has to do with our number four trading partner (number one before our politicians sold us out): Japan. If Taiwan falls, South Korea and Japan soon follow. If you don't think that the loss of them won't have a major impact on the US economy, then you don't know who supplies your fancy technology.
1
But look at their actions. Carville only turned on the Dems when the writing was on the wall and it was blatantly obvious Que-mala was going to lose. As for Fetterman, he is telling people what they want to hear. Look at his voting record, and he is in lock-step with Pelosi.
1
One would hope.
1
The States can also initiate an Article V convention. They don't need Congress's consent.
1
I would argue that once you get government protections from litigation, you become an extension of the government and so are constrained by the Bill of Rights and the Consitution just like the government is.
1
You have been gaslighted. The SCOTUS didn't legalize bribery, they scolded the prosecution for using the wrong statute. Illegal gratuity which was the ACTUAL crime is still unlawful.
1
Matt Peterson Netflix, the same company that brought you "Cuties" the glorification of paedofilia. Yeah, keep digging yourself into a deeper hole.
1
Matt Peterson Old news but they are still exploiting children. Bad old news doesn't get better with time, it gets worse.
1
They already do that. You spamming the same post doesn't convince anyone.
1
I am for 20-year terms staggered every 4 years on the midterm cycle. Shrink the court to just five and a president would get to nominate once justice per term. That is not much different than how it is now, but at least it would be codified.
1
"It is said my house shall be a temple of prayer, but you have turned it into a den of thieves!" he then made a whip of cords, overturned the tables and chased out the money changers. Seems you forget that part because it run counter to your fake narrative about the Nazarene.

Sometimes. We have seen too many examples where women do NOT have wits nor intelligence (Liz Warren, Maize Hirono, Kirsten Gildrebrand, et. al). History has FEW examples of women rulers. There is no room for mediocrity in women; they are either a Nefertiti, Boudica, Seondeock of Shilla Dynasty Korea, Tamar of Georgia, OR they are total disasters like Mary Queen of the Scots, Jinseong of Shilla Dynasty Korea, and Wu Zetian of China.
1
It is, but the left is using him to send up trial ballons.
1
@willoem2 "our crime is simply not agreeing with Trump... ITS SAD THAT WE CAN'T AGREE TO DISGREE. PEOPLE BEING PROSECUTED FOR DOING THEIR JOBS. " That is called psychological projection and is EXACTLY what the Biden administration has been doing by prosecuting whistleblowers. Engage in a little self-reflection because you are the pot calling the kettle black.
1
@willoem2 Funny, considering that the Biden administration has done EVERYTHING you accuse Trump of doing. We have seen 4 years of Trump and NOTHING of what you claim EVER came to pass. You are the boy who cried "wolf"!

@grahampaterson4368 When you parrot ONE of the talking points of the DNC you tacitly endorse ALL of them. Your problem is that I am calling your hypocrisy and blatant biases which you refuse to acknowledge yourself. Kagan was called on to recuse herself from the Obamacare mandates on the grounds that she originally argue for them in court before getting confirmed to the bench. Surprise, surprise, she did not step away. In the Penguin Random House case, all three times it went to the court, Sotomayor refused to recuse herself despite her 3-million-dollars from that company in a clear conflict of interest in the case. Justice Jackson only recused herself from the Harvard Affirmative Action case BECAUSE of the outcry of blatant bias if she didn't. When even folks on the left said she should step aside, she had no choice but to comply. Ball is now in your court. I have proven my point now it is time for you to pony up to the bar.
1
@grahampaterson4368 Kagan was called to recuse herself over the Obamacare mandates because she was the one that initially argued for them before it went to the SCOTUS. CLEAR conflict of interest. Sotomayor was called to recuse herself over the Penguin Publishing House because she had received over 3 Million dollars from them, yet she refused to step aside. The ONLY reason why Jackson stepped aside on the Harvard Affirmative Action case was because even folks on the left were calling her to stand down. Now that I have proven my position, the burden is on you to explain why those are acceptable.
1
@grahampaterson4368 And there you go moving the goalposts (logical). You asked for ONE example, and I provided three. You then proceed to trivialize the examples I provided. You just lost the argument and now you engage in logical fallacies thereby tacitly acknowledging that I am correct. Keep digging yourself into a deeper hole because normies can see right through you.
1
@grahampaterson4368 Dude, I met your request, and you reject it. That is YOUR problem not mine. You don't get to change the criteria AFTER the fact. At this point I am counting coup against you because you chose to act like a petulant child.
1
@grahampaterson4368 Keep lying to yourself. You only prove to everyone else how delusional you are. All you care about is your tribe winning. Vlad Lenin described you people perfectly.
1
@grahampaterson4368 Didn't meet your request? I more that EXCEEDED IT. You refusing to accept it only shows you have lost the plot. And you are correct, their situations are WORSE than Alito's, not that you care. All that matters to you is that your tribe wins, facts bedamned.
1
@grahampaterson4368 You are the one choosing to respond. But alas, you don't care about justice, you only care that your tribe wins, even if it means burning the nation to ashes around you.
1
@grahampaterson4368 And yet you keep responding. You don't care about justice, you only want your tribe to win, even if it means burning this country to the ground. You are neither moral nor just. And you don't care about facts.
1
@richardwendt9266 And yet you people have zero issue with Sonia Sotomayor doing the same. You don't care about truth, you only care about power and your team winning, even if it demolishes the nation in the process.
