  6. I want SCOTUS term limits, but not in the way Joe Bite-Me wants it. I would shrink the court down to just five justices and have them serve staggered 20-year terms with appointments done during the mid-term cycle. 5 justices staggered over 4 years comes out to 20-year cycle.

  40. Strawman argument. Madison tried and failed to impeach a SCOTUS justice. While the power to do so still exists, nobody has ever attempted it since. So aside from amending the Constitution, there is ZERO check on the SCOTUS. I am for making the justices ser 20-year terms rather than lifetime.
