  6. I guess you have never heard of cruel and unusual punishment. I guess you blatantly ignore the fact that the "crime" has never before been prosecuted in this fashion. Nor that there has NEVER been a bond issued in the amount that is being demanded of him. Your problem is that you don't actually care about justice, only that your tribe winds at any cost, even if it means burning the nation to ashes around you.

  8.  @wackywarrior001  Funny, because that wasn't an actual trial, it was summary judgement. Which means it was nothing more than a Star Chamber proceeding no different than a Kangaroo Court in a dictatorship. I have been in court to defend myself. And neither the prosecution against me, not the judge presiding acted as unprofessional as Letisha James and Arthur Engoron did. Both of them acted with prosecutorial misconduct which WILL get this overturned in the SCOTUS if not sooner.
