  1. Harold clearly supports power, not principle. If he really wants to uphold the integrity of the court, he should realize that the gag order should have been rescinded rather than enforced. The act of attempting to enforce it is what is discrediting the court, not Trump violating it.

  2. Harold clearly doesn't actually care about principle, only power. He doesn't seem to get that the attempt to enforce the gag order is what discredits the court. TO preserve the integrity of the court, the judge should either rescind it, OR send Cohen to jail for violating that same gag order.

  3.  @jwc1772  No law was broken. The prosecution has failed to even state the underlying crime which is required under 6th amendment due process. You don't actually care about law and justice, you believe that law is simply a tool to control people you disagree with.

  4. At first I was worried that sending Trump to Rikers would be an attempt to Epstein him. I think at this point, the inmates would be defending him from the corrupt guards.

  6. Harold doesn't realize that it is the judge himself who is discrediting the court and faith in the judiciary, not Trump. If the judge really cared about the integrity of the court, he would either rescind the gag order or he would bring Cohen and company in and send THEM to jail.
