@parcher2535 And yet you are here. Why don't you take your own advice?

@DavidJohnson-hg1mz Redactions are for individual words, not entire paragraphs. That "redacted" affidavit was nothing more than a showpiece to pretend that they were complying with a FOIA request.
8
@Bitchen1 Because you regurgitate their talking points on cue like Pavlov's Dog. Who is the Russian asset now?
2
@zenobiaookpik Innocent until proven guilty. You are arguing from Laverenty Beria's position of guilty until proven innocent.
2
You just love Soviet KGB/ East German Stasi tactics, don't you? Lavrentiy Beria loved bootlickers like you.

@chrisr1226 So? You are bloviating, not making an argument. Also, most of the judge appointemnets by Trump came at the behest of Mike Pence, and deep state hack and the Grima Wormtongue of the Trump White House.
1
@jasonfuller1001 You are moving the goal posts. You don't redact entire sentences. Only one or two words at a time. You are simply justifying malfeasance.

@jasonfuller1001 Sycophants never consider the actions of their feudal masters to be sinister. "The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions." -President John F. Kennedy's Address before the Americans Newspaper Publishers association, APRIL 27, 1961

@jasonfuller1001 Troop movement, sure. Affidavits are NOT the same. The only reason why they would be is nominally to protect the privacy of the person they target; NOT protect the government form scrutiny. It is all supposed to come out during the trial anyhow as it is exculpatory, and they are REQUIRED to share it with the defense counsel. Reality is, secrecy is used by the government to cover up corruption and criminality by those in power. Secrecy is the favorite tool of totalitarian despots. "The best weapon of a dictatorship is secrecy, but the best weapon of a democracy should be the weapon of openness" -Niels Bohr.

@Bitchen1 Could say the same thing about you and MSNBC or CNN. Tell me, how often does the establishment have to lie to you before you will stop letting them exploit you for power? What do they have to do to you before you realize that everything you think you know turns out to be a lie?
1
@Bitchen1 Maybe you should stop listening to "official sources" that have been approved by your feudal lords. Open minds listen to EVERYTHING. Closed minds refuse to consider anything that does not validate their own biases.
1
@samiam4544 That was the FBI and DOJ breaking federal law by even taking pictures. You don't even realize when you are witnessing a crime in front of you!
1
@jeffwebster9036 That isn't an argument, it is an emotional outburst. Trump Derangement syndrome.
1
Agreed. Daylight is the best disinfectant. “The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions." -President John F. Kennedy.

You just like Stasi/KGB tactics, don't you?
1
@elijahbethea6313 Pot meet kettle. These are not acts of someone ahead of their opponent, they are acts of desperation because they know they are losing. If they were three steps ahead, they would not need to use such extreme Soviet-Totalitarian methods, they would just sit back and let things QUIETLY proceed. FEAR is what drives their actions.
1
"Rules for the, but not for me" That is why they are doing this. You and they both know that Joe Bite-Me has so alienated the populace that they have to resort to these desperate Stasi tactics to win. When you have lost the support of the "normies" you have completely lost control.
1
@MrLizardDude1 Have you forgotten Louis Lehner? How about the Executives of Solyndra? How about Patrick Cunningham with regards to Obama's "Fast and Furious" gun running program? What about Jeff Neely and the GSA embezzlement scandal? You want to talk about organized crime, look no further than the government itself!
1
@zenobiaookpik So your opinion is that everyone has to prove their innocence? That nobody has the presumption of privacy and protection from unconstitutional searches? THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU PROPOSE when you say the innocent have nothing to hide. "Better 100 guilty go free than one innocent be punished," -Ben Franklin quoting Blackstone's ratio.
1
@zenobiaookpik And you are not actually debating, only making emotional outbursts because you cannot argue the merits. Your response is just that: nothing more than a temper tantrum.

Sadly, those who enforce the law think they are above the law.
