  3.  @davidnull5590  And they failed to prove that BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. Also, it is not the judge's place to make that argument. There is a reason why ethics complains have already been filed against him to the New York Bar.

  6. Name one. You can't because there was no crime. Paying hush money is something politicians do all the time and are NEVER prosecuted for it. Even Fareed Zakaria acknowledged that this is a farce.
