  3. I would argue that once you get government protections from litigation, you become an extension of the government and so are constrained by the Bill of Rights and the Consitution just like the government is.

  4. Indeed. Graham Nasty fails to realize that the best solution to big tech is to REMOVE their government protections from litigation. The courts will regulate them much better than any alphabet agency. Government created the problem.

  5. Most of the bigots are in the Democrat Party. The GOP is way too pragmatic to be bigoted. To be a bigot you have to hold a particular world view and the GOP won't even hold onto a flawed ideology.
