@Brad1156 That line of thinking is exactly why we are in this mess right now. When tribe is more important than principles, you get the hyper-partisan pettiness we see today. Stop falling for the false choice dilemma. Given two bad options take a third. Given three bad choice pick an unexpected fourth. And don't forget, you ALWAYS have the ability to pick option 6: "up yours, I quit!"
