Tim, My father and I are looking at the electoral data for West Virginia and I can tell you that the state splits 65% GOP, 31% Democrat, and only 2% Libertarian. I would love to give your organization a presentation on this. We are NOT affiliated with any campaign or candidate. This effort is mostly a result of my failed 2014 Congressional run and we want to share this knowledge as widely as possible.

@tilltanky5367 Yeah, I sent a letter package to him last summer to the Fredrick, MD mailing address on the Timcast Website. I paid tracking as well as signature verification, so I know someone with access to the Timcast mailbox did received it on July 7th. I took those extra steps in the hopes that they would take our information seriously.
