@A_Jeff This judge keeps getting overturned on appeal. But you don't want to talk about how violating due process like this is unconstitutional. Or how this action by the judge will simply guarantee that the FEDERAL appeals court will vacate the State Court's violating on the FEDERAL Constitution.
