  11. Put these purged officers and SNCOs on the jury. Yes, SNCOs need to be on the jury for officers. All of the retired Command Master Cheifs of the Navy, Seinor Master Sergeants of the Air Force, and Sergeant Majors of the Army for Miley's court-martial.

Call up ALL the retired Command Chief of the Navy, Sergeant Major of the Army, and Master Sergeant of the Air Force to be on the jury.   14. Hell, America's first attempt at nation building was in 1790: the nation of Liberia in Africa! I think the results are mixed at best, but at least they have great affection for the US. Maybe in no small part because the nations of Europe considered them a protectorate of the US during the mad scramble for Africa. Liberia became a haven for those fleeing French and British rule.
