  1. Because there never was a "lockbox". That was a myth told by FDR to fool people into consenting to his theft of wages. Look up Helvering vs. Davis (1935) and Flemming vs. Nestor (1960). SSI is nothing more than a tax on the front end, and welfare program on the back end.

  4. Look up the SCOTUS cases regarding SSI. It is nothing more than a welfare program on the back end and a tax on the front end. Google keeps deleting my posts pointing out the three 1935 cases and the 1960 case.
