  1. The destruction of historical buildings and monuments constitutes at minimum War Crime. Could be argued that this rises to the level of crime against humanity with how pervasive, methodical, and institutionalized the destruction is.

  3. It does constitute a War Crime under the Geneva and Hauge conventions. But good luck getting the UN to enforce those statutes.

  5.  @alexanderpepkin4110  "Ethnic Russians"? From 2014-2022 a grand total of 5 civilians were killed per month. Since the invasion, the number of civilian deaths in the Donbas increased by 155%. Under "Russian protection", MORE people have been killed. Even the Indians don't believe the myth of Ukrainian oppression of Russians.
